• Cancellous: particles with a porous structure that offer a rapid resorption time
• Cortico-cancellous: particles provide a natural three dimensional scaffold.
• Cortical: mineralized particles should provide longer stability and space maintainance with slower resorption.
• Cortical: demineralized to expose the osteoinductive potential of cortical bone

J-Platform

A unicortical cancellous platform used for bone regeneration in cases of severe bone atrophy that require an increase in strength, stability and volume for the implant site.

J-Platform block graft is used here due to loss of sufficient bony volume in the mandible.
